1. “Where are you located?”
a. We are located at 47 Public Square in Medina, next to the Fire House Museum
and One Lucky Dog.

2. “Do you ship?”
a. Yes! Conveniently order online through our website, or give us a call at 330-722-
3088.

3. How should I handle an order of 15 or more bags of popcorn?
a. It is always recommended to order the popcorn as far in advance as possible.
Ordering 15 bags of popcorn in person is risky because we may be out of a
requested flavor, or you’ll have a long wait time. For your benefit and ours, please
call ahead or order online in advance to ensure we have the popcorn you want,
and in a timely manner.
4. “How long does the popcorn stay fresh?”
a. Any of our Cheesy/Mixed flavors are freshest 7-10 days from when we bag them.
Caramel and Candied flavors are freshest up to 3 weeks from when we bag them.
Chocolates are freshest up to 4 weeks from when we bag them.

5. Do you make all the popcorn every day?
a. We are always making at least one of our flavors each day. With our large
selection of over 50 different popcorn flavors, it would be impossible to make
every flavor every day. We do make them in smaller batches which means we go
through them quicker and make them often.
6. “How far in advance should I place a bulk order for a party?”
a. We ask for at least a 5-7 day notice ahead of any large orders to ensure time for
cooking, preparing ribbons/tags, or other special requests. Exceptions can be
made for smaller orders, and can usually be completed with 24 hours notice, but
we recommend calling the store or stopping in to make sure we can fulfill your
order in time.

7. “Do you have ‘Hulless’ popcorn?”
a. The short answer is, No, we do not use “hulless” popcorn kernels. We use the
large, full-sized kernels to lock in the flavoring/spices on each kernel. We sift our
popcorn regularly to get rid of as many of the shell pieces as possible. Hulless
popcorn is smaller kernels that shed smaller shells when popped.

8. “Is your popcorn Gluten Free/Dairy Free/Allergen safe?”

9. “Do you sell your kernels?”
a. No, we only sell popped, seasoned, and coated popcorn.
10. “Can I get custom flavor or color of popcorn for a particular event?”
a. Yes you can! We can do custom candy flavors and colors for certain events (such
as pastel pink popcorn for a baby shower, strawberry flavor instead of cherry, etc)

as long as we have at least 2-3 days notice. We do require a minimum quantity to
be ordered for custom requests, which is typically an XL size bag, at least 30
minis, or at least 50 petites.
